Over put away memories, anger, fear, dx/label; over them all accepting that which I can't/couldn't understand was the biggest issue for me...still can be. One thing that helps me when I can't understand ugly actions by others is...I'm glad! If I can't comprehend, maybe that's proof positive that I'm not like them! I know it's hard and will listen to whatever to need/want to share. KD
