hi guys.

I am officially back! I have net again, thank the heavens.

after seeing how much I have missed i have decided to not try and read everything because it will take FOREVER. So i am going to just go with the threads on this page, if i dont reply to your thread please dont feel it is you or anything. Just a bit overwhelming! hehe. In a good and bad way.

Soooo now that I am back, I have a bit of an issue.

For the last couple of months, Ive been squashing the others back/down as without my connection to this place I havent had what feels like a safe avenue to let them out. Now, trying to let them out again is really hard let alone getting them out to socialize or have connections (does this make sense? I think it was good for them to have somewheres to talk to others like us.) I sort of feel like they probably resent me. They arent gone at all. And im sure they are still coming out without me realizing(since i often still lose time in spurts)I just feel like my squashing them down has sort of trapped us. Any ideas on getting this flowing again? How can I put out that it is ok to talk again? Hi everyone! A two parter... Hi everyone! A two parter...

Try writing or just talking to them. I know the feeling. Usually for me their voices get loud.
Be gentle with you. Let it happen as it happens. Once they realize that it's safe again and you won't "squash them down" they'll start to talk.
Here listening when they do.

I think jounaling is a good way. Everyone can post their own and read what others are saying. Hopefully then they will start talking again.

Journaling sounds like a good answer to your problem.
