|
we had a meeting last night in T. we tried to have one at home and it didn't work out. just got very confusing. so T wanted us to try again with him at the office. think it went ok. we cam up with a plan for the holiday to stay safe. very bad time this time of year. lots of bad things.
do anyone else hav meetings? just a few of us went to the meeting. T didnt think the litle ones needed to be there this time.

(((((((((((((((((Lisa)))))))))))))))) I think it is great that you and your T have found a good way for you to communicate. I have not yet had a meeting but I think it is a wonderful idea. We are working towards having one though and it is good to know that it went well for you. Take care. I know the holidays are hard. Please stay safe.

 It looks like I have to have a meeting tonight too. It seems I have a little named Tootie who is having a rough time right now. She called my T and said she was all alone, needed a hug, needed help. My T talked to me and asked me if I could go inside and let her know that I was here for her, that I would keep her safe, that I would help her. I don't know if I want to do it or not because it seems that lately the memories that are coming are really horrible. I've been dissociating a lot lately. My T says "the worst always comes at the end, so we must be getting near the end." I'm afraid, but my system must think I am ready to handle the memories because they are making themselves known now. So I am  here for now. Got to go and have that meeting! Then it's off to bed!  Bye for now, more later!</font>

you asked a general question - do anyone else hav meetings? - I - answered bassed on - MY - experiences with this question. and - I - clearly used - I - statements. Hang in there. |
