Its a heavy burden to bear. I know I didnt cause all the things that happened to me. However, I seem to be making a very good job of causing things now. I think ive been crasy for a few months. I think I may have lost my mind. It feels like im waking up from a bad episode and im really worried about some of the things that have happened.

I wouldn't say that you've lost your mind, rather that maybe part of your mind went into hiding to keep safe from what happened to you in the past.

Thank you every one. I spoke to my T yesterday and apologised. Ive been using her as a punch bag and I didnt even know id been doing it. Anyway I appologised and at least thats sorted. She accepted and told me she loved me! Wonders will never cease.
