i am really upset and triggered by a post on the board. Its not the posters fault and there is nothing written than needs to be removed but it just has me really upset. Its my problem but im just feeling really awful. Everyone is crying.

thanks to both of you. i just wanted to say it. Having a really hard time lately.
sorry to anyone i have neglected lately. i haven't been supportive enough to everyone and im sorry. i dont even know whats going on most of the time. things have been hard.

Tis ok with me (((GEM))) it happens to all of us... just somehow got to move on.... it helps with healing I think, a little at a time though I'm sure it doesn't feel like it.
You are safe here, honest...
