Sorry, I didn't understand that it wasn't her journal. Mine all share one.

I said good for her because I think it is good when a part feels safe enough to show up when I am journaling and talks about things. For me, that has been a major part of me learning to be co-conscious.

My son was in an auto accident that almost killed him. Everything points to him intentionally speeding. Now he is in the hospital with screws, pins and stitches in his body. He talks to me like he is fine but I know he is not. He had a psychotic break and was psychotic when he was first brought into the hospital. He remained that way for five days. He said he don't remember the first five days yet he will reference things that were said or done during those five days. He is taking anti-psychotic medication which has helped. I go to the hospital everyday just to see his face, hear his voice and give him a kiss on the head. He gives me the impression that he is giving me this time with him while he is laid up with his physical injuries. But I don't feel a permanence. It's more like a gift to me. That he believes will come to an end. I don't know what to do.

(((Special hugs)))). I wish you some peace in this journey with your family. Hold him & keep him close. You know your son best!

Keep us posted on his recovery & take time for yourself.
Peace!
