Hi everyone....
Hope that others can understand.... disassociating is now continuing on a daily basis for me now. It's unsettling trying to get used to things again. In T office, it is really hard to leave - I'm just not "with it". I walked in front of a car and almost got hit... just don't know how it happened - I just kinda "woke up" right in front of the car and the driver was laying on the horn... scared her to death and I felt so bad.
It's different than just being preoccupied... do you understand?
I have to do better. Other things are happening...

It is worth it,,, the T and I are finally working on all those issues that are so buried... so I wouldn't trade being together - it's just unsettling..

I am finally getting so much comfort from a T...

Sincerely,
freewill

Yes..... as a DID person my self I do understand and it is awful when one loses time, even if it is just for 5 minutes - it is ever so confusing and disorienting.

I pray for a better tomorrow for YOU...... do you have any ideal what has you jumping in and out so much?

It's okay. I really get what you are saying. I hate it when I "leave" and then come back and wonder where I've been. Glad you are working on this in therapy. I am too. I hope you can go easy on yourself. Kimmydawn had some good suggestions in the other thread on confusion and dissociating, such as doing activities that all parts of you can participate in.

We're here for you. Best wishes.
