My switching abilities

As y'all know, I said switching is seamless, but not all the time. Sometimes it feels like a sudden body jolt. Switches are automatic on the spot as needed or I just think their name.

The seamless effect is a switch on the fly, like when I'm driving or dealing with others. There's time I need someone up front to immediately deal with a situation. I'll go from wide eyed to a squint or whatever characteristic is of the new alter. I'll shift around in my seat and reposition myself. When I'm doing several in succession, it looks like I just can't sit still!

Then there is the possession feeling. I feel like an entity is taking over my body. It's like putting on a body glove. This happens when a stronger alter is squeezing in. I'll find my finger and toes wiggling, hand flexing around the wrist, a lot of stretching as I get a feel of being in a physical body.

I have changes in my head voice, intelligence, manner of speaking and thinking, talking, gestures, walking and standing, you know- everything. I get ideas and words from nowhere that fills my head like I tapped into a higher level of thinking at times. Memory just ain't too great.

Age. I have never felt my age. The bodies 47, but I feel like I'm anywhere from 6 years to 35. A lot of times I'm in the 24-30 range.

Thinking. I've always thought I used both sides of my brain because I do logical/analytical thinking and also is artistic and creative. Now I see it depends on who I am.

As you probably can tell in my writings, I've got several alters that use this account. This is Susie's account, but others take over like I have right now and a few others do also, some not so nice- but we're trying to control that. I like to explain things which is probably why my partner thinks we're self-centered! Lol.

Anyhow, I hope yall can relate and if so, please respond because I'm so far alone in this fashion.

Seemless switching happens when i have been triggered and must switch. I can also switch with the assistance of a singing brass bowl with either my therapist or wife on purpose. Purpose being to help me know others better and help them.

I always feel the age of whomever is out. Including that of the co-hosts who carry the body's age .

My alters have different talents and also use different parts of the brain.
