47 years of living ths way is so like "normal"?

Can anyone relate?

Admittedly, life has been super hell. Always an adventure.

It's so like I expect others to do their job at this point.

I do mine, so they like need to do theirs like they've always done.

Sometimes one of us goes cavalier and then we find ourselves like married or something like nutz. Is that like cray cray?

We try to make it work, but...

I feel like we've (some) accepted that this is the way it is.

I can't imagine anything different.

My T once apologized as he was not feeling well. He nicely said he wouldn't charge me for the session as he couldn't get in contact with me to cancel. My first response was...well, send the sick one away to rest. We both laughed. He couldn't do that! We started thinking about all the things we get done cuz we can send for the alter who is willing to do a different thing. Started feeling sorry for those 'normals' who can't. The way our system works now is we don't keep secrets from each other.. for the most part.... littles don't need to be involved in some issues. We can even get appropriate alters together to decide important matters. Superheroes, remember? Somewhere along the path we decided we are MPD (preDID) & we need to make the best of it cuz we can't change it. So we started cooperating. Also learned DIDs r smarter than the average person, better at dealing with problems. After all we r survivors. We've found a way to survive things that others did not. Keep working at it. You can be a thriving survivor.

It is totally okay to have DID. It doesnt have to limit you, and you can do anything others do. I am completly fine with having DID and accept myself the way i am.

working on internal communication with each other will (might?) help with some of those events not happening. That's what I am working on... or will be if I ever find the right therapist...

We do have inner communication to a point. It's like if you aren't paying attention though, you are so like out. We do manage.

Superheroes! Lol. Memory is not one of our pluses. Anything written is a mystery to others.

We manage to sync well enough to look singular.

I've always done that writing thing. It's like second nature now, but since we chit chat, we haven't done it in a while unless there is like some kind of mix up or someone is lying.
