The last couple of days i've felt real wierd...Its like i'm watching someone else living my life.. i feel so unsure of who i am at the moment that i feel the need to isolate...just biding time until i'm back to someone i know...its so hard and scary...i feel like i've been kidnapped and i dont like the person who got me....they feel like an intruder....they are using my body and my life...i can't control them and am afraid of what they may say so i am removing myelf from normal life activities...

Ah, there you are! I was missing you. Hope you push out that intruder soon; that's uncomfortable and scary, feeling like you do. Can you find some curiosity as to what they'll say/do and "why"? Did something happen with your T? I use to "disguise" myself (get my hair cut :-) when I felt like I was being "followed".

Go to the store or someplace "public" and force yourself to talk to a clerk or other customer, etc. That's the only way I found around the "glass wall" that would make me feel different. Even just talking about the weather; if you have a community store where you go often enough that any of the help "recognize" you, that was always helpful and comforting to me. Library? I always felt a little more comfortable around other people, like I was "safe" for a bit (and distracted so got a bit of a "rest"). I think even with the hiding out that one is probably doing some sort of intense inner work, just aren't consciously aware of what it is? Things shift and sometimes it's really uncomfortable and scary and hard to figure out what's going on?
