I took this test earlier, and I either failed miserably, or passed with flying colors.
It's a 218 question test. I rocked it so much that according to it, I'm absolutely not me!!! Lol

It totally suggests I'm so DID.

This is a spreadsheet .xls

I used Numbers on my iPad.

I'll put it in my signature for all to enjoy!

Does it say you're off the charts DID?
Mine sure did.
But that's cuz we're further along and have people coming and going and answering the questions, too.
Newbies who haven't even heard of dissociation or DID yet usually don't score high cuz they're not aware of insiders or dissociation or anything.

Yes it did, but the questions are so like geared to the newbie?
There weren't any real complex questions. It was more like "do you feel..."
Thanks for this!

i just did that. it confused me. i am glad that it doesn't use a time frame like some do because my experiences have and can be different depending on if i go by years ago or the last few years. oddly, it suggested i had PTSD and DID, not borderline like my psychiatrist and others labeled me as for the last few years, although i know it's just an online test. but the difference is that i took the test myself and didn't just sit in front of someone with a list of symptoms that they base a diagnosis on. maybe that made it different.

i wasn't per se off the charts with it, but it did surprise me because i didn't really have super high numbers of anything...again because of how my symptoms have changed the last few years...and i have never really found things i didn't remember buying, found myself in random places, etc. which i don't believe should be a predictor (or at least not a main one) of it as the experience can be different for each person.

As one heals or times passes, answers change, so nothing is finite. Tonight I'm a DID, tomorrow I'll just be a nut. Go figure.

It's not exactly an online test, more like an interview because there is a manual on how to interpret the score.

It calculates your score and charts them on colored graphs.

Thought y'all might like it.

You might consider taking it in to your providers... it is common for DIDs to get several diagnoses over the years before DID. In my list was depression, general anxiety disorder, panic attack disorder, ptsd, ADHD... and then DID.

I had taken the version where my t had to find the answer guide like 3 years ago. She told me that whole thing about it being so high because I am mostly co-conscience now and how it would have been different if I couldn't pay attention to things like time loss and so forth.

Hi! Apple finally has a MS app of Excel on my iPad called Numbers, and it opened just fine. I told the interviewer and he was like recording everything I say.
Thanks for this!

I think your right about the difficulty of the actual answers in real life actions. I've recognized a few of the answers to questions that finally makes sense.

Like time slowing down to stopping. Body parts looking bigger than they suppose to be, and others. It's actually harder than first thought.
Thanks for this!

Snap a pic of it I guess. I'm on my iPad and I haven't closed the app yet.

Take it as a tool to point you in a probable direction, just like the PC Sanity Score:

The Sanity Score - Test Your Mental Wellness

It's just a useful tool to get a basic idea in what areas that might need some work on.
Thanks for this!

I did get a Screenshot of my result, but I kind of wished to see those graphs. Honestly the phone isn't a great place to take this test.

Just google it... then get a therapist to tell you the results.

you can find an online version (not the professional for diagnosis purposes version) here...

Web Home of the MID | Developed by Paul Dell, PhD

the online version is through a microsoft program .... that means you have to have microsoft office which comes with all the microsoft programs that are built into this online version of this test (microsoft word, microsoft power point / excell and so on...)

the professional off line version can only be gotten through a treatment provider ordering it (they have to use their agency codes and what ever professional testing companies their agency uses.

think of this kind of like those Achievement tests (SAT's) teachers give students in school once a year. they have to be ordered because they change every year and theres special codes used in the ordering, most times requiring the treatment providers credentials, state codes, codes of which version, length of questions and so on.

also keep in mind the online versions will not tell you whether you actually have a mental disorder. they dont take into consideration many different aspects of evaluating whether someone has a mental disorder like a persons race, culture, meds, life style, history, face to face inventory, and much more...

also keep in mind that some key questions in the online version are worded differently in the professional version or have been excluded and general questions added to fill in the blank spots or shortened the online version. So again its not going to give you an actual diagnosis.

its an online dissociative test so of course everyone who takes it online will have some form of dissociation, there are no excluding factors like taking into consideration other mental or physical health problems or meds....

my point this test isnt going to answer any real questions all its going to do is tell you how you answered the questions ....at the moment..... you took the test.

I have taken this test 6 times and received 6 different scores/ outcomes. two of these were answering the questions identically by writing down my answers and still got different scores.
