Hey...do you all ever feel like the head convo is contrived? Sometimes I wonder. Does ones imagination run on automatic...like not a preplanned script?

I'm on here asking if I'm nutz.

Head conversations?? Hmm. Okay. Let's see. Background info. I am not host.she has been missing for two months. Okay. So in kitchen and unpacking things and putting things away...out of the blue I hear " if you want to keep your daughter around be careful of what you say" ....host has no daughter. Not sure what that refers to. I flat out said out loud " what the f does that mean?" And hear nothing.....later on just incoherent stuff. OK. So now on the massage table. I see a jungle or kind of rainforest...see people walking and then say " who is that..points out in the distance" I start looking around and see my massage therapists office. Then I kinda am like okay just here at massage so I settle down...I keep eyes open all the time ....I then see them carrying a girl back she semi extremely tired or drugged or injured...I keep watching and now it's as if it's just some random movie...but the girl they are carrying gets more clear....looks like the host. I am silence! !!
Massage ends and she makes a comment of how quiet I am today ...I really don't acknowledge her comment pay and schedule another massage.

Other experiences with head conversations feel like I am just answering myself. If I ask a question and lately that question is where is host...the answers are " don't know don't care lost probably out playing in traffic I want mommy ( 4 refers to host as mommy) and or silence.

When it's therapy time ... I often hear " tell her this or that" that's only when I am not sure what the answer should be.....sometimes in Ts office even though it's physically just her and I ...it sounds like 20 or so people are in the room. Very distracting.

Not sure if this answered any question it's just our or rather my experience for now. I do feel at times that the conversation is prescripted. In the very beginning there where two alters that were known as Writer and Director...so maybe we all live in a movie in this body??? I often wonder if those alters are secretly back. U mm. Hmm. Don't know that for sure.

yes it is normal for people with and without mental disorders to have automatic thoughts\conversations\daydreams. there are many different classes, therapies and other techniques that center around controlling these automatic thoughts, conversations and daydreaming. some of those are called grounding, mindfulness, breathing, relaxation, yoga, there are even religions that teach oneself how to control their automatic thoughts/conversations\daydreams like Buddhism.

some countries have a non dissociative disorder called maladaptive daydreaming disorder that covers having excessive automatic thoughts, conversations /daydreaming. if you think you are having this kind of problem to the abnormal levels there are tests and medication for it.

as for dissociative type where its the alters doing the talking, thinking daydreaming and another alter or host is aware of it, its called being co conscious, and yes it is normal for this to happen. its part of the healing process for some that the amount of co consciousness increases with healing. its usually a good thing and a huge step forwards on the healing process towards everyone being able to communicate, work together and become one.

Don't believe the hype! Yea, for real though I question whether it is all natural especially early on. Matter of fact, I have had those conversations where I felt something got pushed in inserted, which made me dig in about mind control and stuff like that it was so unbelievable. I'm almost off that theory, because I'm starting to realize some of my parts access my memories and go to questioning why it was done that way or what was or this happening. There is like a string of sentences that you can't take for literally that actually are apart of another set of memories. Say for instance, an 9 word sentences inside by an alter....Might need to separate the sentences and decipher what it might mean because it is coded that way clever strategy to keep things hidden I guess.

I would be totally off that theory, but every time media is on certain channels I feel like there is this following that makes me think that there are ways to get things out of people memories, thoughts etc. Just my particular experience I guess ,because no one has any knowledge of this in the multiple world. The only people that seem like they can relate or the schizophrenia and psychosis folks. I actually got cult apprehensions and goals so I feel that are the really the culprits and gang stalkers.

Thanks yall, I don't know who wrote this, but he/her sounded a little/lot of disbelieving. We do head talk and it's like not haphazardly. Not everyone in here is too accepting of the reality and magnitude of our condition. Some are even in denial of all this.....not accepting of. When every memory is dream like and the feeling of being disconnected....it's not hard to disbelieve.

It's never boring in the mind of a multiple.

Yes, I've talked to skitzos comparing notes....totally different.

We don't share memories here unless it's to look normal at the bare minimum. Inner sharing....we're all selfish because we value our own time out, at least...besides, we are so different, our memories wouldn't make sense to another anyways....it would be dreamy.
