Hi everyone, I don't normally get on here, but I'm bored and I know this place is a home for some of the others, so I'm wanting to check it out. I'm Chip and I'm to get us back in shape and to build up our confidence. We was walking the track earlier and a desire/request for a part of my talents arose, so here I am, to get us fit and trim again by running/walking. With Jackie's help, our exercise guru- we can do this. I'm the outdoor exerciser while she handles the inside workout routines.

Hopefully we can get some positive vibes happening through healthier living. I've cut out all the beer drinking...no more daily 18 cans of beer binging. A 5 oz glass of sipping wine is fine. Less carbs, less calories, and less sugar. We are going to do 2-3 mile laps daily. Jackie has an exercise workout plan to start, and hopefully we can get some fitness going on here. A happy mind is a happy body.

Well, that's me, wish us luck. About to give this back to the couch potatoes.

Best of luck to you Chip, Jackie, host, and all the alters we haven't had the pleasure of meeting.

From all of us. .
