WARNING!!!!
This could be very triggering. . .please do not read if easily triggered by SRA questions/comments.

I have a question. I can't seem to find the information I need elsewhere, and nobody on the "outside" will give me a straight answer. So. . .back to good old PC. Here's the sit.. .yesterday, while talking to someone who is involved in my therapy and healing, I was told that "someone" came up an was "scanning him" as we were talking. During this. . .my hands were cold and tingly. . .as they get from time to time. So. . .here's the question. What the hell is scanning? The way he said it led me to believe it wasn't a good thing it was happening AND it wasn't a good part of me that was doing it. I'm a survivor of SRA from childhood, and have learned a little (albeit a very little) about some of the darker sides of DID in SRA victims/survivors.

Can anybody enlighten me on the scanning?

What are the "darker sides of DID?"

I guess in my case it'd be those within who wish to harm me and the others.
