I am a ....

I am a T that has no name,

I have no feelings, I hide the shame,

I am a robot, throw stones at me,

no tears, look can't you see?

I am a horse, give me a kick!

It doesn't matter, use a stick!

We are the children battered and torn,

into tiny pieces, multiple and forlorn.

Saw my T today and showed him the poem. The children wrote the poem.

Now T says I have to find an adult part to answer the poem!

Ok, that's how the children feel and with all they have been through. Treated like that. %#@&#!!

Trying to be positive here, multiplicity isn't all bad, we survived, the children survived, we are still here.

I feel sick.

It's hard to read without feeling very deep pulls in relation and understanding. I'm sorry for the pain.

HOWEVER, it's wonderful that it's being expressed. Expression will aid in the comfort and care needed to heal. I think t is right...the adult parts that are capable that is.

You are always so kind. Still feeling sick but often feel like that after seeing T.

Sometimes the t hits on a "nerve" that really triggers us and it takes a few days to get over it. Hang in there, ok? This too, shall pass.
