Hi Candybear hi i don't usually post here but i really need help, somebody, please????

I know it is frustrating and scary. Try and remember that it will pass with some time, and try to deal with time in little bits - say things to yourself like " I am going to make it through the next five minutes and be ok" instead of worrying about tomorrow or next week or even next hour if you need to.

I have been there my friend, and I understand.

Sure you will. hi i don't usually post here but i really need help, somebody, please????

It's all you, hon. Everyone has "parts" it just tough when multiples' parts are separated so, and especially so when communication between parts is lacking.

You are safe, really. Nothing is happening now that is unsafe for you. Bad memories, yes, but they aren't happening now. You're safe and online with a great group of your friends.

hi... you are here... and not "going away"... so some really deep breaths... and some grounding... perhaps pick a task..anything.. dishes.. concentrate.. all of you on that task... then pick another.. and concentrate on that one.. put your brain to work on that task.. so that things start to relax....

and it gets better.. and better.. and you can have confidence in that because it will..

I always ask myself "is the sky falling".. cause it grounds me.. make me realize that it is safe.. truely safe...

Hi Candybear. How are you feeling today? I know that awful feeling of falling apart.
