ok, this is the forum I belong in. I know I said in another post that I was never going to come back, but this is where I belong.

I read the trigger posts because I want to help. But I'm not perfect, I can't cope with everything and I can't help absolutely everyone. Some posts are just too triggery for me and I guess I need to learn how to do self-care.

Thank you to all those that have been supportive of me, and I'm sorry for my over-reaction of saying I'm leaving this forum.

The trouble is that I feel terribly bad about ignoring anybody, it seems a mean thing to do. But I have to do it for my own safety.

Pegasus, I don't think that ignoring someone has to necessarily mean that you are mean, or dont like them, or dont want to be there friend. I think that sometimes it can just mean recognizing that you are having a hard time with dealing with the issues that person is having right now. And it also doesn't have to mean forever. Either way, I don't think you should feel bad that you have to do self care. Its a good thing and I'm proud of you for taking care of you!
