Met a woman at my surgeon's. We'd talk while waiting for our respective Drs. Recently both docs were delayed in surgery. So we went down to lunch together. She said she wanted to tell me she had multiple personalities. After proclaiming I wouldn't understand (ha,ha!) She said to just "think of it as like God..Father, Son, and Holy Ghost". Never thought of that quick analogy.
Thanks for this!

considering the fact that my abusers were highly religious and part of their abuse was in the names of these, Im glad no one told me what this person told you. it would have sent me straight back to the doctors office, I might have even been so triggered that she would have been stuck with the lunch bill

dont get me wrong Im glad that you were able to see some humor in it, sometimes humor does help a person.
