Lately I’ve just been spacing out. I forget what has happened a few hours ago. And my mind goes blank on what went on a few days before.
I was sick last week, but I can’t remember when or what was wrong. I just remember being sick. I had a lot of angry thoughts at work yesterday. I really struggled through work. I was working by myself, and I was able to control my anger when I was around people. So it wasn’t an issue. I just have this feeling. I really don’t know what I need. I can’t figure out what I want to eat or what I want to do. It’s especially bad at night. I don’t know what’s going on. But I seem to just be dissociating a lot. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also, sometimes I get strangely happy. Like through the roof happy. It usually only last for a few minutes to half an hour. |

I have a calendar and keep track of what I have done, rather than what I will need to do in the future. It's a journal of sorts, but the calendar makes it visually easier to access.

Thanks I should try that.
It seems that if I drink coffee I get out of sorts, depressed, anxious and I start questioning everything. It’s weird. I haven’t had any coffee in 2 days and I’ve been fine. |

Yeah lately. Even 6 months ago I could drink energy drinks with no issues. I would get a large coffee every other day before work. Nothing new is going on except I don’t work mornings, so my coffee intake is usually 3PM. But the other day I tried drinking coffee at 9AM and I was off all day.
Why would I all of a sudden develop issues with drinking caffeine? It sucks though because they have these awesome new coffee flavors at Dunkin’ Donuts. I really enjoyed them. |

best way is to keep a diary so you can recall. i remember all my female alter activities but don't remember what i did in my male alter so i keep daily diary as my therapist recommended to reduce stress

I pretty much just plow ahead like that’s just the ways things are because they is. We in our system has gotten good at improv and spur on the moment thinking- just a fact of life. We built a daily routine that keeps us grounded too.
