My therapist today... had me talk to my "little" alter... to convince her that... yes.. we can wear boots this winter.. and yes... that we can have food in the house.. because she was always starving.. at home..

But I lied.. there are no boots..

There is no food we can eat.. that will stay put..

Freewill, today is a good day to get boots and food. Please try...especially the food.

I too suffered from intense hunger for most of my childhood. Going day after day, week after week without enough to eat. I understand the pain and the mental craziness that brings about--sometimes I felt like the hunger pains were driving me insane.

Also, there was the emotional starvation. Not from lack of food, but lack of love.

Please do what you can...even if it is just a little food.

my therapist.. asked me to talk to my alter.. Freewill, Sweety, please explain to her that she can only eat certain foods. Please don't tell her you're going to do something and then not carry through.

If you're short on money, please tell me and I'll send you enough for a pair of boots for her. PLEASE?! Don't feel ashamed or embarrassed. Call it a Christmas gift, ok? my therapist.. asked me to talk to my alter..

Hey out there...
you said "no food - that will stay put"... do you mean with your stomach? I have had that issue to - when i switch, i lose all the food i ate.... it has helped me a lot to cut out all dairy, wheat, and sugar. can you cut those things out and try eating a lot of veggies and non-wheat items? I have found it to help a ton.
That way, when you do switch, there is not so much with a sensitive body to malfunction.
and it costs less =)
be well
can you go to good will and get some boots?
