So my therapist is really big on telling me to notice what is going on in my body when I am having issues. The other night the chatter (when I say chatter I mean thoughts) sounded kind of off in the distant and I was half paying attention to it but I could sense what it was saying was scary. Anyway I started to get this really weird sensation in my mouth. It was weird. Then I had another thing happen but I am scared I may trigger people here more so than on another forum on PC.

I am just sooo stressed. I just want to know for sure what I am dealing with. Not only is this happening but at the group home I am living in I have been groped by a guy here, he has thrown cigarette butts at me, he threatens to harm me everynight. All because I tell him to get out of my bathroom. He lives on first floor. I live on second. He is unpredictable. He does this to other females here too. The owner does nothing. If I call APS I will get kicked out with no where to go. I cant take this stress! If I am homeless I have no way to see my therapist or family.

You know, my T tells me immediate daily safety needs need to come before anything else. If you are not safe in the present you cannot hope to deal effectively with past trauma.
Maybe the thing to focus your attention and energy on right now is your current safety in your living arrangements. |
