IMO -

I would say "when alters clash" that I - the Host body suffers, but not all of us. ((( hugs )))

yeah to both... body suffers... some alters suffer... therapy suffers... but i don't think other persons out there who are around me even know. so they don't suffer. not all my selves suffer or are even present most the time.
