Is it considered cheating if one of my bf's alters sexted with a girl? He was completely unaware of that and upon finding out, he voluntarily sought help and took sessions and meds. And apologizes to me till date.

I know it was not him who cheated but I am still hurting. It’s been 3 months..yet..

I'm sorry that happened to you. I would be hurt by something like what you described happened to you. Wish I could offer you some advice but sadly I am at a loss.

I hope the hurt will fade away. It is heartbreaking that you are suffering so.
