I am sad today - for she is back - I have not heard from her in well over a year....... my life gets turned upside down when this alter is present as she is so unsettled and filled with lots of fear, doubt, hurt and negative wonder - I find it hard to stay sane when she active with in me...... and I fear - for it was she that wanted to die all those years back.

What is going on here - As I thought she was gone or at least satisfied enough to let me have complete control since we (I) have not heard from nor felt her presence with in the last year of my life.

Could it be because you've been under a lot of stress lately? Maybe she hasn't been around for a year because you were stable. I noticed you've been upset with your hubby recently and that you're dealing with some serious health concerns. Maybe she has come to help relieve some of those feelings of fear and upset? Just a thought.

I am sorry things are going so badly right now. I have a "caretaker', a 6 year old child, and a mean aggressive old lady. I haven't seen them in over a year, but you never now.

She has come for some reason that I know......

Maybe to let me heal from the memories / feelings she holds that causes such fear of death for us both... I just hate the upset she brings with her - as I know I personally have mentally dealt with the issues, but she evidently still has the emotions involved with the issues / trauma)... those which once took me to the edge of death - via three attempted suicides when her feelings came to light.

FYI - it was some thing that my husband did the other day that brought it all back with such force that it scared me....... and I am still trying to settle down from the fright.

FYI - and I am not necessarily saying that my husband was wrong in what he did - it just held such emotional trauma for me that I could not help but to react with the return of her.
.... he promised me that it would not become a problem again for: him - me - us.

I'm so sorry you got triggered so badly. I thought the same thing as Orange Blossom about the changes in your life recently.

I also do think things happen for a reason. Whatever she holds is a key to healing.

I too feel the same way - good or bad everything happens for a reason and is often an opportunity to heal.
