hi everyone it is me again. i have calmed down a little but still feel like crying. i hope counseling goes well tommorrow i will have to tell my counselor what is going on and i am a little scared. the others might get mad at me if i tell. any suggestions

i was diagnosed with DID 4 years ago although sometimes i deny this disorder.

I understand the scariness of telling. Often we are programmed to keep secrets and so telling anyone, even a trusted counselor/therapist/etc goes against everything we were trained to do. Just do your best. Your therapist will understand. As far as other parts of you, perhaps self talk that you are safe now will help and self sooth afterward if you can.
