someone please talk to me i am so very alone and scared and my tummy hurts because i feel as if it was happening again i know it isn't but i feel like it is.... i want to run..... i want to cry ....... i want to make it go away...... i am here all alone with noone around..... just the yuckies..... i want to do something i am not supposed to to make the yuckies go away. princess ginnie princess ginnie princess ginnie princess ginnie princess ginnie princess ginnie

Flashbacks are so hard. Can you use some grounding techniques to get back in the here and now? Maybe you can self talk. You are safe right now. You are an adult. You are safe. Describe things around you, feel the coolness of the keyboard, etc. Maybe get a cool cloth and wash your face. Hang in there Ginniesky. We're here. princess ginnie princess ginnie princess ginnie

(((((((((((((((((((ginniesky))))))))))))))))))))) Flashbacks are so hard. I hope you are feeling better now. Maybe you can work on getting grounded when they happen with your councelor. That can really help when you have them.
