Um hmm. I understand and I hope she knows she not alone in her feelings. People here can understand and several do, and we can be here for her when she can find words or some other way of continued communication.

(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))))))))))))))) Know I am here when you are ready. I understand how hard it is for you and how much you are hurting. Drawing is a good way to communicate too.

it is the only thing she knows how to do..she hurts so bad and saw so much and still sees all of that. i cant get to her cuz she so far inside ..maybe one day.
We had a argument with some family that night and she was triggered i guess.
seems we just cant be around anyone outside.
the angry protector of us came out that night during the argument and took over ..must have scared her.
then the angry protector went back inside but stands watch over us.
welcome to our nightmare cant stop any of this i dont even know them but recognize them afterward by the situations that come up .. i have alot of questions to them but certain i will never know what happened to them.

If you can, please tell her "I'm sorry it was so bad". I have littles who are afraid or angry or sad. Sometimes I have trouble letting them out to say their words or feelings.

Please send her a safe hug and tell her she's not alone, we feel the same way sometimes. Maybe tomorrow will be nicer.

my name leli. im small. i be yur frend, ok? i lik my teddy bar. welcome to our nightmare welcome to our nightmare welcome to our nightmare welcome to our nightmare welcome to our nightmare

Tell her its ok to come back here. Today, I feel good, so I know its possible to do more than feel sad and angry. Bye!
