((((((((((((((((( minime ))))))))))))))))))) thanks for responding to my non-post!  I was so scared of T today - scared I was going to come out all split apart and lose a bunch of time and feel small and scared. BUT! I actually left T feeling really, really good. Go figure! He gave me just what I needed today, which was basically a lot of comfort. There was a scary memory bouncing around in my head, and he had me write it down and put it in my box to leave it there....I didn't think it would work, but it did for now. And I didn't have to tell it to him, and he won't read it. I can talk about it when I'm ready. I told him I really wanted comfort today, and he said "without the work and the struggle" and I said yes....and he said that was fine. I feel SO much better right now than I have in weeks. Now...to hold on to it!

weird- this is so de ja vu! I have already read all these posts and seen that happy sun and.... i'm really lost right now.
