i dunno but a few ppl on here an i dunno if i can say this, but i skart of the talk of the hosptle and ,...ok heres the thing i dnno i can say, like allowd to, but when t says that word or kya does, it hurts -- it caused a real skarrie pain -- in the *place*.... the bad place that i cn no talk about. but i herd opra call it the v j j on tv. but itmakes a skarrie pain there when the H word is told to us.

i dunno why it does that and i REALY dont wanna go there, to the H

hi owlet, we are very sorry you are feeling scared and feeling pain in your body. someone told me, "the body remembers
what the mind forgets". the scarey pain is about a bad time
that your body remembers and that your mind is not ready
to remember yet, but you will be able to remember in time
and be able to get some help to handle the scarey pain
and the "h" word and all those feelings about your body
and pain. you have done a good job to help yourself there.

go slow, be gentle to yourself and others and little bit by
little bit you will learn, heal and grow. it's coming, be
patient and kind to all the parts you know or meet. hugs

it's kiya sorta- thanks for alll the kind wordks to miss owlet. we've not heard anything from T this week (surprising, considering) so maybe we are in the clear? We have an apnt with MD on tues (tried to cancel it but she won't let us; "No no no ... it will be... GOOD... to see you") so i hope things will go well there... she kinda scares me more than T because she is so GOOD at talking me into things I don't want to do... she manages to connect to several inner kid parts and out go my typical answers.
Goal for the day: do not think about the H word.... do not create (what is that phrase where one creates what one fears most?)...

kiya made me a yummy sandwitch with spelt bread and a veggy patty - i like it lots. my hadns are REALLY cold todya. I almost never get samwitches so this is cool. Yeah, have the dr apt tomorrow and... you're right things will be fine. i always think too mucha and worry and thn what i worried about never ever happens.
Zoras i remember you. i dunno what that word means that you said, but kiya does. she said sh'ed try to tell me. we dunno why that H word makes such pain. i ahte it. I'm eating all the crust off the sandmiwirhct first so that the yummy middle part is the last - save the best for last. =) ugh now i'm full... i can't finsh it. hmmm i don't get bread often.
BBear - thanks for being here too. we've always been afraid of drs and nice ppl but this dr is nice but blunt she doesn't hide things. she says what she thinks. she talked last mongth about krisitn going somwhere where she couldd get a "rest". that was an alarm bell for us. but she knows we don't have money so she tried to send us to family members. but all ours are scary. dr said hmmmmmmmmm. and left it at that.
kiya says we have to go to work so she has to be big. =( i'm so cold. my fingers are ice.
kiya told (or maybe kristin) told t in an email that she'd tell t the rest of what she kept from her on monday (not today, but last time when kiristn nearly jumped). we all think this is a really stupid idea. maybe we can stop her from talking on wed.

just like everyone said - the dr didn't enve talk aobut it hardly. t didn't even tell her ahead so she din't know. but someone in the syetm told her. *stupid* but it don't matter none. dr wan't worried. then t next day didn't talk about it at all or that kristin woudl tell her stuff. so i guess that is over. knew it woun't hppn if i thought about it.
