As DID person we are unique in a very special way. We have the ability
To hide in our system o let the system guide us. Is your system strong enough to build up things that are just secrets to you.?, or you are so weak , that you got lost in it?

Why the title who is my omelet? How you make your omelet, Using all the ingredients that make your omelet unique or made your omelet like everybody else and eat it just for you as one .

Don't just read this I dare you to write about it.
You are already here made your omelet

Who is in your omelet you?

Who is in your omelet us?

Who is in your omelet a person that does not how to make one?

The issue is are you mistaking one part of your omelete which is actualy your whole omelete, as with all of us the uncertainty is what is the eggs whats the water whats the oil whats the salt and what hits the plate ?

Maybe just in case we have to act as a group using one of us to bring it altogether to one omelete and at anyone time using a different ingrediant more heavily to change the flavour.

Hope this helps, another omelete lover......

I think is about prospective. You may decide who can be
in your omelet and make it as one or just keep tring to make it to keep the
omelete secretly and never be a part of you.

my eggs were scrambled before i was old enough to speak. if there was an omlette it was made by evil cooks. i do not see my system in terms of something made and consumed. we are a living, symbiotic being. many who make up one.

when i picture us i think of broken hand mirrors where the frame is unbroken and the pieces inside reveal a shattered image, twisted and distorted by actions done to the mirror, rather than by the mirror.

sometimes i think of us as a mosiac picture. colorful fragments taken and used to form an image. different in colors, shapes and positions.

the real question for me as a middle-aged dissociative person is what are we making of me? i had no choice in the beginning and lots got decided without my input. but we are here and we matter. i survived the original "cooks" and their devilish slop, but what are we going to do now with what and who we are? i wish i knew more, but i don't.
