May I ask you, what do they say that actually "proves" to you that you are going the wrong way??? What people are saying these things to you and why do you think you should believe them???

Right now I do not understand why their statements should be so upsetting to you and I really would like to understand better. thanks.

Those are very loving questions Multipixie, stated so well. I hope Genn you feel safe to answer here or privately.

My compass is off and on and I expect has been most of my life. Life is really a learning process, no matter who we are and what it looks like to others is only one aspect. What I think of my path is most important. To find supportive people for my journey, direction, path, like here on PC is just the best! Even if I fall down (make the wrong decision) there seems to be someone who will restore me to me!

Thanks everyone!

All the best to you Genn!

genn,

i was trying to ask you if the ones who say you are going the wrong way are people who love and care for you. do the ones who say you are going the wrong way hurt you or help you??

the only ones i want to listen to anymore are the ones who love and help me. my counselor loves and helps me and she can say, leslie you are going the wrong way and here's how to go the right way. i hope someone will help you find the "right" way to go so you can be safe and happy again. hugs if you want them,

leslie and her pixies

genn, sometimes people reckon we are going the 'wrong way' because they have their own idea of what our life should be like and if we don't follow that, they reckon that we are being stupid or stubborn or missing our chances. But what they think is best for us is not always right. The path that you may be on may seem the wrong path for you to them, but is actually the right path for you.
