Hi Pegasus Sigh. This morning I was good and then I got all sad. I think it's because my T is working to help me grieve the past and that was three weeks ago and I couldn't. No matter how hard I tried. I couldn't. And today I am all sad and crying. I think that's why. All the flashbacks and that makes me cry cause I see them differently now. Not the scarry stuff like it used to be, just sad sad sad. Thank you for the hugs. I need lots of hugs right now. I am sorry. I hope no one gets sad because of this. It just hurts inside.  Anne

I wanted to try and chat with anyone but my server freezes up everytime I try and I have to reboot. I guess it wasn't meant to be today. Maybe someone can help me at another time. . . . . . .

I know how that is. I know how that feels.
to you.Sometimes it helps to get the feelings down somehow. write or do some kind of art form....paint or draw or just put colors on the paper that go with your feelings of sad. We have done watercolors by wetting the paper and then dropping color on and watching it run together....like tears.  wi |

 That is a very good idea. Watercolors and tears . . . . . That's how it feels. Thank you so much for the hugs. It may sound trite but I really really need some right now.

You are all so special and I am so very sad. I am sorry. I try to be positive for everyone and this shroud of sadness is so heavy and so dark.
Sometimes it does help to write this out. I don't know if it did but all I can do is try. Sorry.

i hold th sorrow and sads and the feelings like that for the constellation. i know how deep and dark saddness can be. inside we have a garden. i used to go to my hole deep inside when i felt really sad. but now i have a garden to go to. it is a place i can bring my sad to and then prism comes and sits with me. do you have someone inside that can sit with you when you feel this really bad sad?? it hurts alot. i know that.

Thank you ALL for the heartfelt hugs as I went through a little crisis. I have move medicine and feel better. I very much dislike taking medicine but if it keeps me out of the unsafe zone and helps me get over this humpty-dumpty spot, then it's okay, sayz I. Me
