It is way ok to be angry. Even angry at God. He can take it and He's not mad at you for being angry. He knows how hurt you are and it's ok. little willow gets mad at God alot too.

When our Willow gets mad at God, we tell her to tell him she is mad.
We say it's ok.
Sometimes being mad at God is safer than being mad at who hurt you
because you know that God really won't get mad back.

I hope that you are feeling safer and less mad. You can try this:
Look at some pretty flowers or birds.
If you have some magazines you can cut out pretty pictures and make a "calming picture book" we did this for Willow and she really likes to look at it when she is feeling a sad or angry feeling.

thank you both very much. we really appreciate your kindness and gentle words with our little pixies. it really is a measure of how good and kind God is that we can "afford" to express anger toward God. you are right, he is so big and safe and kind that we can be safe with Him. we had a lot of
"psuedo" religious perpetrators and we are still amazed that we got to become Christians before the memory of the ritual abuse came back up. it matters and helps so much.
