I am not doing well. I just want to be gone. I can't deal anymore and I don't know what to do.

Can you call your therapist, if you have one? If you are unable to keep yourself safe, please go to the hospital. Sometimes I think we just need a short rest to regroup. Be good to yourself.

Well I made it through the night, again. I'm just getting so tired of every night it being the same thing. I'm pretty drained.
Hospitals don't help me. They don't understand me. They just try to pump me full of meds that don't help at all. I'm just very broken right now, don't have any faith that I will ever be well. Sorry to sound so melancholy, it's just where I am right now. |

Re Scared and Alone,
Just wanted to let you know I care and so do others. If you don't feel safe then go to the doctor and get help. Nothing is ever hopeless and never feel like you want to be gone because your life in precious and you were meant to live it to it's fullest. Reach out to people who can help you. Best of luck.
