Hi all!

First of all, let me tell you that I am Anorexic. I may not be emaciated at the moment (I have been in the past for quite a many years), but I have never had a single Bulimic tendency. Anyway, just lately in this past week or so, I have been craving sweets like crazy. I still restrict... I can't restrict that much because then my parents would be concerned. I just know that I have gained weight because of all of this candy that I have eaten and I have to go to my nutritionist and be weighed tomorrow. Should I be honest with her? Why am I craving this junk? How can I stop? Does anyone have any good ideas?

As long as you have her permission, alright? You should just make your own it would be easier. ^_^

Maybe your body is trying to refeed itself. Through all the restriction it's trying to get stable. Certain foods release chemicals that enhance the mood. When it's low, the chemical, it will make you want more of what can make it bigger. It's the happy chemical.

But that's my understanding, and it might be off so if it is no one stone me. XD

So, by your post I have a feeling that you don't really care much about recovery. If you want to end the cycle, talk to her about it. Good luck!
