i don't know why i can't lose weight. i eat less than normal and purge. i just want some advice on how to eat less. like not totally pig out on junk food.

eliminate the temptation. clear your home or any junk food so the option is not there. keep a picture of what you'd like to look like on your fridge for a reminder. try not to starve yourself. eat small meals often (every 3-4 hours) and pick stuff that has high volume....that takes up a lot of space but does not have a lot of calories. Like vegetables of any sort. Try to come up with some rules, like not eating after 7pm or eating a salad for lunch every tuesday and thursday. Small steps.
