I have a sinus infection and some kind of awful throat thing ... and last time i got sick i edned up in the ER with a needle in my neck to hydrate me ... I'm trying to drink juice and soup broth but it makes me want to purge .. only my chest is too weak to purge anyway. I hate it and I want to stop but don't wanna end up in the ER cause my BMI is 16.3 and i'll get in trouble if I see a doctor

Hang in there reflections, I hope you can get some fluids into you and don't end up in the ER. Sending prayers and hope your way.
