Hi I am Alex. I used to eat a lot and still do. the difference is that I used to eat a lot of fat and high calories foods as well, but now i practicalt cut them all out of my diet. I have lost 20 lbs, I still eat a lot of more healthy food. And i started to excersise.

I think that is a good think Alex. I have a hard time with Food. Problem is I love it too much. Especially the junk.

I just heard someone say it's not how much you eat, but what you eat. And that can be true... if you're devouring fruits and veggies, ya know? Portion control is quite the accent from diet centers. I always thought and promoted to add healthy foods first, before worrying about portions and all. Once your body has the nutrition it needs, then it can handle more of the yummy stuff that most ppl think as forbidden.
