Hey folks,

I've been feeling really proud of myself lately. I'm finally starting to get a handle on my overeating. I've been delaying my meals between cravings so I can learn to distinguish between real hunger and 'false' hunger (i.e. cravings). It's been working pretty well, and I've also replaced many of my junk foods with fresh fruit and veggies. For dessert, instead of reaching for ice cream I drizzle light caramel over fruit slices, or grab a cup of frozen grapes. I've also started taking vitamins and drinking plenty of purified water. And the changes have been remarkable. I've been feeling just great!

Best of all, today I was able to squeeze (albeit tightly) into a pair of size 5/6 jeans! WHOOT!! I'm so happy! Road to recovery!

If I can do it, you can do it too. It CAN be done! Yay!! Road to recovery!

It's nice to hear that you're recovering using healthy eating and learning to listen to you body's hunger signals. Keep up the good work!
