GRRR....
I don't know what to do. I keep eating everything in sight and am constantly hungry, even when I just ate a large meal! I am gaining weight because of it too....I can't afford to gai weight, because then I have no clothes to wear and no money to buy more, also it makes my depression worse. I have no idea what to do. I am kinda wondering if it is a deficency of some sort. Any body got any sugestions?

(((((((((((Dar)))))))))))) It sounds like you are trying to cope with something. Possibly your depression is triggering this? Try and listen to your body and eat when it is hungry and deal with what is really bothering you directly. I wish you the best.

What are you feeling when you want to eat more? Do you eat certain kinds of foods?

Are you truly hungry? If you're sure it's not emotional eating (I know all about this one! Eating everything in sight) and it continues, check with your doctor. Medical conditions like diabetes and hyperthyroidism can cause true hunger.
