I just ate way too much and getting it out just made me feel so good. I feel 2 lbs lighter.

A question - related to a whole bunch of your posts I have read, not just this one...

Could your mood swings be related to your diet?

Also...I read another one of your posts - have you ever been tested for food allergies??

And...ever been checked for parasites?

All of these things can make you sick - incl allergic rxn to medication...

Girl, this doesn't sound so good to me...just my opinion...I don't like to hear that you are getting rid of your food so quickly. But I do understand the need for it.

I understand the eating disorders being that I struggle with anorexia when I am dealing with the PTSD triggers, really stressed, depressed, or exhausted. I get nausea only I can't throw up unless I have a horrible flu. That is due to a past experience when I was throwing up & broke all the blood vessels in my face & the whites of my eyes......nothing like red & blue eyes (without the white....not very patriotic....lol).

Both my pdoc & psychologist know about my problems & that I use laxatives sometimes (more often than not). But I can't say I am great just because my pdoc & psychologist know about it......I will only be great when I am able to control the problem with their help.

I hope that now that your T knows, they will be able to give you the help you need to make the changes......I always have to remember.....they don't make us change.....we have to want to & work hard at controlling those feelings.

These are things I have to keep in mind everyday......& am not very successful most of the time.
