I know I'm late but still...
You really need to go to a doctor if you are throwing up uncoagulated, significant amounts of blood. It probably is "just" an ulcer but esophagus tear is a life threatening condition.
You need to stick with an clear liquid diet, or at least liquid diet, anti-inflammatory meds, no caffeine/alcohol, antacids and absolutely NO THROWING UP.
