not really any disorder, but deals with eating. the past months i havent been eating as much as i used to. i do feel like i could lose some weight, but im not obsessing over it. i'll feel hungry sometimes, and other times i wont. i just have no appetite for anything. i'll make myself eat, cause i have to for some kind of energy, before i'll ever eat something i want. i dont know, just curious if anyone else ever feels like this..

I felt this way when I was depressed and anxious. I think it kind of "came along for the ride" if you know what I mean.

yeah, that was the 1st thing that crossed my mind when reading your post... are you depressed? depression definitely dampens your appetite... are your anxious? worried? all of those might be contributing to not feeling like eating... the fact that you're not obessing about food indicates that it's not likely to be an ed per say, but an eating problem as you said... have you talked to your doctor??? it's kind of this weird cycle, if you don't eat enough, then you won't get enough nutritions and you'll end up feeling tired and more depressed so then again you're less likely to eat.... do you think you're unconsciously trying to eat less to lose weight though??? you did say you feel like you could "lose some weight"... but hun, almost the entire population would say that. but you have to eat right to sustain your body, physically and mentally, through each day.. it may be okay now, but trust me, it does catch up w/ you eventually....
