People think EDs like anorexia and bulimia are just for attention and vanity. It makes me angry when people see a thin person and say they they need to eat a cheeseburger. Someone at a bakery threw a cupcake at me and said that I needed to eat it. They laughed thinking it was funny. It's not a joke or funny at all.
Thanks for this!
