I know, holidays, birthdays, any kind of celebration or social gathering is difficult... but the thing w/ holidays is that they're ongoing!!!!!! gah! but I guess it's only once a year that there's soooo much (good) food almost 24/7......

this might help: 12 ways to get through the holidays

You are NOT alone! I recently lost nearly 50 pounds and want to stay thin and my in-laws eat like food is going out of style which could well explain thier obesity problem. My mother in law made extra sure that she sent us home with a box of chocolates and these frosted rolls that she hasn't made in 2 years but as I predicted , and because she has always disliked me because I was the one who "Stole her son" from her, and with the weight loss that I'm damn proud of of course she made sure those frosted rolls made their comeback. She even told my husband to make sure he doesn't forget them LOL
Anyway, Today wasn't a good one and was the first time I threw up in a very long time and I'm not proud of it but they use times like this and just about every other get together as an excuse for a pig-out fest loaded with every type of sugar filled, fatty food you can imagine. It's a nightmare for those of us with an eating disorder and on top of that my situation with the weight loss and thier underhanded sneaky behavior. Just needed to vent. I could scream!
