I know you are scared, but you are strong, I know it is hard to see but you are hun. Keep fighting, you are stronger than the ED hun. You will win, just keep fighting. You will make it. It is okay to be scared because it is change and it is scary. But you can do it. I am thinking about you and sending you healing thoughts.
Thanks for this!

This sounds like it just came out of my own mouth. I'm guessing a lot of therapy to get over these fears. Easier said then done right. It just runs sooo deep. I'm really struggling right now too, I'm just starting getting treatment and I already want to walk out the door.
I don't want to be a hypocrite and tell you what you should or need to do , and I really don't know.

Just letting you know I can really identify to what you are saying.

What are some ways my dietitian could put a stop to my (purposeful use of symptoms -as she says)?

she wanted to know what could be put into place to make sure i follow through with not using my symptoms so much an purposelessly.

Subject: Fwd: Physical activity my dietitian instructs

Subject: Physical activity my dietitian instructs

Reduced physical activity - until I eat more and continue to put intake down
And no lifting boxes , even walking reduced .

With out the food & the nutrition, your bones don't have what it takes to keep them healthy.....lifting boxes & any weight can cause a compression fracture in your back & mess you up for the rest of your life.

I learned a lot about compression fractures earlier this year. The reason for mine was falling off a huge horse, but in the process of learning more about it, I understood how our lack of good nutrition can also play a roll in compression fractures.

That would stop you from dancing or anything you enjoy for the rest of your life....especially your back.....why mess yourself up at your young age???? Use your WISE MIND to help you make your decisions.
