i find numbers, weights triggering too. it makes me feel that maybe i don't have a problem in comparison, so why am i here?

When people post specific numbers, bmi etc it makes my struggle more difficult. IRS hard enough to battle this and not think your meeting "you" expectations, but its harder to see posts in black and white. If you say "I'm struggling or I'm losing people will get the image. Thank you very kindly.
