Does this 'count' as a binge?
Breakfast: Nothing. Lunch: Granola bar, glass of apple juice, one grape. Dinner: A little more than 3/4 of a meatball sub.

I would say that no, this doesn't count as a binge. In fact, this sounds quite restrictive. I would discuss this with a professional...you should be eating much more.
Thanks for this!

binge is over eating way beyond a normal sized meal of following the daily recommended servings for a balanced diet.

example for breakfast today I had 1 egg (one meat serving) V8 fusion (one serving each of veggies and fruit) an english muffin (one serving of starch/bread) and coffee.

a binge (for me) for breakfast would be 3 eggs, half pound of bacon, a gallon of juice, a bag of baggles and 6 cups of coffee.

some people binge by skipping meals all day then loading up on bags and bags of junk food in one sitting.

easy way I remember what binging is

Binge = over eating until my stomach hurts.
Thanks for this!

Agreed. I sometimes binge due to bipolar depression. I eat and eat even though I am not hungry but can't control it.

Definitely no! Its more restrictive/anorexic behaviour.

I binge a lot - I eat healthy all day, but when I'm home and alone, I eat more than I should.
i.e two servings of something that one serving should fill me, half a dozen cookies, pepsi, leftover chips, a few candies, a few clementines, and a chocolate bar... I was full after a serving and a half of my supper, and the rest is because I was so restrictive for the first part of the day
