Hi,

Fortunately, my new M.D. is going to help me get off Ambien. With Ambien I "sleep eat". I get up after I've gone to bed, and come downstairs and eat various things. Last night it was a piece of cake -- Yikes!!!!!

My husband is not helpful at all with my weight issue. He brings home all sorts of goodies just about everyday.

Anyone else experiencing this?

EJ

Sorry you're going through this. Hope you're able to get off Ambien quickly and smoothly.

That's sad...eating cake and not being awake to enjoy it. Sleep Eating

SO, are YOU saying that you eat during the night and you do not realize it? - If YES, then Yikes!! is right.... I would be a cow or have to starve myself during the day to not put on any extra weight at night.
