I've been told I'm skinny, but I feel big. I want to feel skinny, and when I look at myself in the mirror I don't see it. I'm on the swim team at school, and that's a hard work out. I know that it's bad if I don't eat enough, but I've already lost weight because I don't eat much and work out.
My main question is what would this be called? Is it anorexia? I'm not trying to label myself, I just want to know if there is a name for it.. |

Could be anorexia, or it could just be that your health conscious in an obease society. Do you count all your calories or only eat certian things? Anorexia is partly about wanting to be thin, but also about wanting control over your food.

I do watch what I eat, but I don't count the calories. I only look at what's on the scale, and if it's not good enough, I'll go harder at practice and won't eat as much. Now that I reread what I originally posted it sounds silly. Maybe I'm just trying to find something wrong with me.
